firmware-intelwimax software package provides Binary firmware for Intel WiMAX Connection, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firmware-intelwimax
firmware-intelwimax is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firmware-intelwimax package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firmware-intelwimax *
You will get with firmware-intelwimax package name, version, architecture and description in a table
